FinBridge ("we", "our", "us") operates the website finbridgeos.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we process and protect it, and what rights you have — in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG / nDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit an inquiry form on this website. The following data is collected:

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR / DSG Art. 5), financial data, or data from minors.
3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
All inquiry data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU) on Neon infrastructure. The database is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised FinBridge personnel only.
Submitted inquiries are also forwarded to MarketingOS (operated by FinBridge at finbridge.ch) for lead management and follow-up. MarketingOS acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
We retain inquiry data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless a contractual relationship has been established.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is shared only with:
- MarketingOS / finbridge.ch — lead intake and follow-up (processor, Switzerland/EU)
- Neon Inc. — database hosting (processor, Frankfurt, EU; Standard Contractual Clauses apply)
5. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses only strictly necessary session cookies required for site operation. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are placed without your consent. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and DSG you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
