2. Description of Service

FinBridge provides a Compliance Infrastructure OS designed for enterprise regulatory data extraction and reporting.

3. AI Transparency

In compliance with the EU AI Act, we disclose that certain features within FinBridge utilize artificial intelligence models for data extraction and mapping. We maintain strict AI governance protocols and do not use customer data to train foundation models without explicit consent.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
